If you love nothing more than talking a stroll through the sand when you’re at the beach, then Napatree Point in Westerly, Rhode Island is it. You’ll find a nice two hour round trip loop to enjoy.

One of the best beaches in New England for kids, Connecticut’s Rocky Neck State Park has nice sandy shores, shallow water, hiking trials, and plenty of spots for enjoying a picnic.
Town Neck Beach, Massachusetts
For those who really enjoy sitting back and watching boats sail by, Town Neck State Beach offers some of the best views in New England. At the mouth of the Cape Cod Canal, there’s plenty of water traffic.
Narragansett Town Beach, Rhode Island
Narragansett Town Beach gives many visitors the best of both worlds. It’s a public beach that offers a ton of amenities, nice waves, and has a fun filled nearby town with plenty of hotels and restaurants.
Ocean Beach Park, Connecticut
